Tabanani cuisine prioritizes using only the finest, locally sourced ingredients by preserving the flavours of the authentic West African & Senegalese culinary traditions. Supporting local farmers and suppliers not only allows us to maintain the freshness and quality of our dishes but also contributes to sustainability and community growth. Our name is inspired by the Tabanani tree (commonplace in many West African countries) as a symbol of our vision to stay rooted in our rich history while growing and sharing with new communities and circles. Our mission is not only to satisfy your taste buds but also to ignite curiosity and appreciation for the culinary wonders of Senegal and beyond.
